This building which has sat vacant for over 20 years will soon became a center for many activities for the Northern Liberities Community. L5C has worked provided services to selectively demolish the interior and rebuilding the structure adding mechanical and electrical work to get it to a point where community volunteer can take over to finish painting and other items.

- Hundreds of tons of waste was removed from the building to renovate the building. L5C lessend the impact on our local landfill by sorting and recycling all of the metal, setting aside reclaimable lumber and keeping dirt, rocks and brick out of the trash dumpster and sending it to a clean fill site.
- Preserved existing exterior by removing and replace the interior load bearing structure one floor at a time. New flooring systems include reclaimed joists, engineered I-joists and Oriant stained board OSB.
- L5C through out the project has provided value engineering services to provide the client with the best that their money can buy and budget tracking and revision.
