This total renovation consisted of transforming an old police station into a cheerful open daycare. L5C took this project from the owner’s vision to reality with our design/build services.

Key Features:

• Worked through design with owner to provide adequite space, restrooms and other feature require to receive a daycare license
• Handled drawing creation and permitting phases of project to help speed to owners through a process that is rarly kind to first timers
• Final space design allows light throught the once dark core and the removal of all walls in the center of the area, while keeping posts to only two, allows daycare works an unbstructed view
